At Shop Miss A, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul; however, due to the hygienic nature of our $1 products, we can only accept returns on unopened or defective items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a return or refund.

    Contact Customer Support

    Email our support team with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items to receive a Return Authorization number.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Return

    Securely package the items with a copy of your invoice and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned Return Authorization number.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 7-10 business days.
